ObamaCare Is Not Being Overturned By the Republicans - It Is Being Overturned By the Supreme Court

Well, it looks like the Obama administration is already in full damage control for what might occur if the Supreme Court rules that The Affordable Health Care Act is deemed unconstitutional, and therefore must die. Many of the Democrats that are not connected to the Obama Administration are running away from the problem, and they hope to be as far away as possible from any of the political fallout so they can get reelected themselves. Okay so, I'd like to talk to you about this for a moment if you have the time.

CBS News had a recent article published on March 30, 2012 which was titled; "Biden confident top court will uphold health law," where Vice President Joe Biden stated that he didn't believe that the Republicans would be able to turn-over ObamaCare. Well, that was outrageous because it isn't the Republicans overturning the Affordable Health Care Act it is the Supreme Court which would be nixing this law.

It appears that the Obama Administration is prepared to blame the Republicans in this election year for suing to get the law overturned on a constitutional basis and they are trying to appeal to their democratic and socialist base of voters who will then be upset with the Republican Party, tea party, and conservatives because they took away something that they never actually had, but rather felt entitled too.

It is truly amazing to me that Nancy Peloci actually stood up at a podium before the vote for the Affordable Health Care Act and told the TV cameras that "well, you are just going to have to vote for it to see what is in the bill." This in response to a question which a reporter asked about the reality that no one had time to read the bill and therefore didn't know what was in it.

Now then, obviously if they never read the bill, and they voted for it, they can merely claim they didn't know what was inside, and had they known, they certainly would have voted for a bill which they would have been smart enough to realize was unconstitutional. That may be true, or it may not be, but it is an absolute disgrace to the U.S. Congress, to the US taxpayer, and to the citizens and voters of this great nation.

To attempt to turn all around now and blame the Republicans for what transpired is absolutely laughable, and absurd. The only problem is that much of the socialist thinking left-leaning base of voters for the Democratic Party is just gullible enough to believe it if they see it on TV, and if Obama, their Teleprompter and Savior in chief proclaims it to be fact. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this, and be wise enough not to let these blame games continue. It's just not healthy for our country.

Is NASA's Integrity Being Maligned By Global Warming Alarmists?

Well, as someone who runs a think tank I find it absolutely unbelievable how many folks submit their application and cite that their main goal and purpose is to stop global warming from hurting the planet or killing off humanity. As I talk with these folks they are sure that it has been proven, that global warming theory, is no longer a theory, rather it is a fact, and now they have called themselves to action to go do something about it. What they wish to do from here on out is to be involved with a group and lead the charge to save the world. Okay so let's talk about this for second shall we?

First, there is no proof that global warming is real, it is a theory, and remains a theory - the scientists, yes, even climate scientists have not agreed on very much at all. Most do not agree with the data, and are plus or minus on the data points and components of the theory which have been presented in various journals and climate science. Still, the mass media has blown this out of proportion, and every time there is any adverse weather, or any event anywhere in the world, everyone starts blaming global warming.

Earthquakes, hurricanes, droughts, hot temperatures, and even cold temperatures they are blaming on this so-called warming trend which is caused by mankind's emissions of CO2. It's absolutely become a conspiracy theory of the masses and mass psychosis. In fact, just the other day I was listening to just such an individual who believed with all his heart, as a devout global warming theory religious indoctrinated fellow, that it has not only been proven, but that NASA says it is a fact.

Indeed, this appears to be amongst the last-ditch efforts of the Global Warming Alarmists who are now saying that mankind's CO2 is causing irreversible cataclysmic warming and NASA has proved this, they have proved the theory is fact. As one theory had put it; as the tundra and ice melts in the North, it will release methane and other greenhouse gases, which will lead to the runaway warming effect. Unfortunately that particular theory within the overall AGW theory has also been proven to be false, and perhaps even 10-times the amount and 50 times the effect - over embellished.

It would appear to me that NASA's integrity is being maligned by global warming alarmists who are now claiming that NASA says it is a fact. There are some folks in NASA who have used similar statements of AGW theory being real to promote their careers, and ensure more funding from the federal government. But it is not real, and NASA has made no such official statement that mankind's CO2 output is causing catastrophic warming leading to a cataclysmic event. It's just all nonsense, and I thought you should know.
